Yes. BLUETOO cases are designed with reinforced corners, raised edges around the screen and camera, and shock-absorbing materials. They’re made for everyday drops, bumps and scratches while staying light and comfortable to use.
Our clear cases use anti-yellowing, UV-resistant materials designed to slow down discoloration in daily use. Like all clear plastics, some change over very long periods is normal, but BLUETOO formulas are chosen to stay fresh-looking as long as possible.
Yes. BLUETOO offers a global limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase (or longer if required by local law). The warranty covers the case itself, not your device. If you believe your case is defective, contact us with your order number and photos and we’ll review your claim.
If your case is unused and in its original packaging, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery (unless local law gives you a longer period). Please reach out to our support team before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
