Last updated: [Month Day, Year]

This BLUETOO Global Limited Warranty Policy (“Warranty”) applies to BLUETOO-branded phone cases and related accessories (“Products”) purchased directly from BLUETOO or from an authorized reseller, anywhere in the world.

Nothing in this Warranty limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region.

1. Warranty Coverage

BLUETOO warrants to the original purchaser that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the Warranty Period defined below.

This Warranty covers, for example:

Cracks, breaks or deformation of the case structure under normal use

Manufacturing defects in seams, joints, frames or buttons

Abnormal discoloration or peeling of finishes that is not caused by misuse or improper care

If a valid claim is made during the Warranty Period, BLUETOO will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law:

Repair the Product, or

Replace the Product with the same model or a reasonably equivalent model, or

Refund the purchase price paid (excluding shipping and taxes, unless required by law).

2. Warranty Period

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or packaging, the global Warranty Period is:

12 months from the original date of purchase shown on your receipt or order confirmation.

If your local law requires a longer minimum period, that longer period will apply.

3. What Is Not Covered

This Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (for example: minor scratches, fading from long-term use, normal loss of print or coating over time).

Cosmetic damage that does not affect functional use of the Product, such as small scuffs or marks.

Damage caused by misuse or improper handling, including but not limited to:

Dropping from extreme heights or severe impacts

Exposure to chemicals, solvents or extreme temperatures

Bending, cutting, modifying or altering the Product

Damage resulting from use with non-compatible devices or third-party accessories.

Damage to your device (phone, tablet, etc.) itself.
BLUETOO is not responsible for repair or replacement of any electronic device protected by the Product.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, second-hand markets, or auction sites where BLUETOO cannot verify authenticity.

Loss or theft of the Product.

4. Proof of Purchase

To make a Warranty claim, you must provide valid proof of purchase, such as:

Order confirmation email from BLUETOO or an authorized reseller

Original receipt or invoice showing date of purchase, product name and price

BLUETOO reserves the right to reject claims without adequate proof of purchase or where fraud is suspected.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us at info@bluetoo.store (or your local BLUETOO support email).

Include:

Your full name and contact details

Our team may ask you to return the Product for inspection. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid shipping label; in other cases, you may be asked to ship at your own cost. Details will be confirmed during the claim process.

BLUETOO will evaluate your claim and inform you of the available remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) in a reasonable time.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

BLUETOO’s total liability under this Warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the Product.

BLUETOO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including but not limited to:

Damage to devices or data

Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings

Interruption of business or personal use

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.

7. Your Statutory Rights

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from country to country or state to state. Nothing in this Warranty is intended to:

Exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, or

Limit any remedies available to you under such laws.

If there is any conflict between this Warranty and applicable mandatory law, the law will prevail.
