This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we process, deliver, and accept returns for BLUETOO Products ordered through our official website or authorized online channels.
Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region.
A. Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated on the product page (e.g., pre-orders or made-to-order items).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship orders using reputable carriers (such as postal services, express couriers, or local partners). Estimated delivery times and available shipping options will be shown at checkout and may vary by destination.
Typical estimated transit times (for reference only):
Domestic (within same country/region): 2–7 business days
International: 5–21 business days, depending on location and service selected
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, local carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method and order value.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders. Any conditions or limitations will be clearly stated on the promotion page.
4. Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order.
BLUETOO is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, incorrect address, unclaimed, or refused), we may:
Offer to reship the order, with additional shipping fees; or
Refund the order minus original shipping costs and any return fees charged by the carrier, where permitted by law.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments:
Product prices on our website generally do not include import duties, VAT/GST or other local taxes.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected by the local customs office or carrier.
BLUETOO has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount.
Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order if you are unsure.
6. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address you provide, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information, except where local law requires otherwise.
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please:
Check with household members, neighbors, and building management;
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We will assist where reasonable, but we are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
B. Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Standard Return Window
If you are not satisfied with your BLUETOO Product or you ordered the wrong model, you may request a return or exchange within:
30 days from the delivery date, unless a longer period is required by local law.
After this period, returns are generally not accepted except for warranty issues.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the Product must be:
Unused and in like-new condition;
Free from scratches, stains, or signs of wear;
Returned with all original packaging, inserts, accessories and any gifts/bundled items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to charge a reasonable restocking fee.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, the following are generally not eligible for return or refund once opened or used:
Screen protectors, cleaning kits or other hygiene-sensitive items;
Custom or personalized products;
Final sale / clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

4. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:

Order number
Product name and model
Reason for return
Photos if there is a defect or damage
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
Ship the Product to the return address provided. Unless the return is due to our error or a defective Product, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping your receipt.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank or payment provider).
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective Product, or where required by law.
If the returned Product is incomplete, damaged, or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to check its nature and functioning, we may reduce the refund amount in accordance with applicable law.
6. Exchanges & Defective Products
If you receive a defective or wrong item:
Please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery (ideally within 7–14 days), providing order details and photos of the issue.
If we confirm the issue, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, and in most cases we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
